Hello, I am Athira Das from Grey Mahout. I am an Evidence-Based Coach who focuses on Leadership and Organizational coaching. With a rich background in data analytics and a strong academic foundation from the University of Pennsylvania, I bring a unique blend of insights from systems theory, psychology, data analytics, and personal experience.
At the heart of my approach is the Intersection Model, a holistic framework I designed to navigate an organization's three components: individual, Interpersonal relationship, and System. The intersection model considers the intricate interplay of personal strengths, interpersonal dynamics, and organizational systems. I collaborate with you to design a personalized coaching experience suitable to your unique needs. During our engagement, I follow a data-backed, AI-enabled, process-driven framework.

I offer one-on-one and team or group coaching for tech leaders and founders. I also act as a consultant when working with system-level problems.
